Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OCDBees, including our website, application, APIs, integrations, plugins, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

OCDBees is operated by OCDBees LLC (“OCDBees,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What OCDBees Is

OCDBees is a project management platform designed to help people and teams organize clients, projects, tasks, people, priorities, notes, files, links, and related work.

Our goal is simple: provide useful project management without unnecessary complexity.

Features may change, improve, or evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an OCDBees account.

If you use OCDBees on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Organizations may designate owners, administrators, and other users with different levels of access. You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite to your workspace are authorized to access the information made available to them.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep that information reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to OCDBees.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly at support@ocdbees.com.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and materials you place in OCDBees, including client information, project information, tasks, notes, files, links, comments, and other workspace content (“User Content”).

You grant OCDBees a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service or to comply with applicable law.

We do not acquire ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, or share the content you place in OCDBees.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use OCDBees to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • gain unauthorized access to another account, workspace, system, or network;
  • distribute malware, malicious code, or intentionally harmful files;
  • interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Service;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of OCDBees except through an expressly authorized security-testing program;
  • circumvent account, subscription, permission, rate-limit, or security controls;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • use the Service to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity; or
  • upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.

Reasonable testing of ordinary product functionality is permitted. Attempts to compromise the Service or another customer’s data are not.

6. Sensitive Information

OCDBees is a general-purpose project management platform and is not designed as a repository for highly regulated or exceptionally sensitive information.

Unless OCDBees expressly provides a feature intended for that purpose, you should not submit:

  • payment card numbers or security codes;
  • passwords, API keys, authentication secrets, or one-time passcodes;
  • Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
  • protected health information subject to HIPAA; or
  • other information whose storage requires specialized regulatory safeguards that OCDBees has not expressly agreed to provide.

7. ChatGPT and Other Integrations

OCDBees may allow you to connect the Service with ChatGPT or other approved third-party applications.

Authorization and Access

An integration does not receive access to OCDBees simply because it is publicly listed, installed, or available through a third-party directory.

For ChatGPT and similar LLM integrations, a Tenant Administrator must first enable LLM access for the Tenant. An individual User must then authenticate and authorize their own connection before the integration can access OCDBees on that User’s behalf.

The connection acts as the authenticated User within their OCDBees Tenant. It does not receive broader access than that User already has through OCDBees.

Information and actions available through an integration remain subject to the User’s Tenant, account, role, and permissions.

Information Available Through an Integration

When you ask a connected application to work with OCDBees, the integration may access information that you are already authorized to access and that is reasonably necessary to perform your request.

Depending on the requested action, this may include your OCDBees User profile within the Tenant, Clients, Projects, Tasks, Task notes, assignments, people, reports, and related workspace information.

OCDBees integrations are designed to operate within the authenticated Tenant. They do not provide an integration with unrestricted access to other OCDBees Tenants, public systems, email accounts, or unrelated third-party services.

Attachment-related tools may provide information such as an attachment name, metadata, or a link to the attachment within OCDBees. Unless expressly provided as a separate feature, the ChatGPT integration does not transmit attachment file contents or file bytes through the plugin.

Preview and Confirmation of Changes

OCDBees uses a preview-and-confirm process for changes made through supported LLM integrations.

A preview may describe a proposed change and create a temporary authorization token or similar confirmation mechanism, but the preview itself does not apply the proposed change to the applicable Client, Project, Task, assignment, note, or imported record.

A separate confirmation is required before the supported write action is applied.

You are responsible for reviewing a preview and confirming that the proposed action is correct before authorizing it.

Confirmation tokens or similar authorization mechanisms may be limited to the authenticated User, limited in duration, and limited to a single use.

Certain higher-risk actions may require additional permissions. In particular, confirming an import through the ChatGPT integration requires Tenant Administrator permission.

OCDBees may require additional confirmation or restrict an action based on its scope, reversibility, permissions, security implications, or other risk factors.

Audit History

OCDBees may maintain records of activity performed through an integration for accountability, security, troubleshooting, and audit purposes.

These records may identify information such as:

  • the authenticated User;
  • the originating integration;
  • the action requested;
  • affected records or targets;
  • whether the action was a preview or committed change;
  • the time of the action; and
  • the result.

Tenant Administrators may be able to review integration activity associated with their Tenant.

Revoking or Disabling Access

A User may revoke their own connected integration through available OCDBees account controls.

A Tenant Administrator may revoke a User’s connection or disable LLM access for the Tenant.

If LLM access is disabled or a connection is revoked, future requests through that connection will no longer be authorized.

OCDBees may suspend, restrict, or disable integration access for a User or Tenant when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical stability, violation of these Terms, or protection of OCDBees or its users.

Third-Party Services

ChatGPT and other connected applications are operated independently from OCDBees.

Your use of those services is also subject to the third party’s applicable terms, privacy policies, account controls, and data practices.

Connecting a third-party application to OCDBees authorizes the exchange of information necessary to perform actions you request, subject to the safeguards and permissions described above.

Disconnecting an integration prevents future authorized access through that connection but does not automatically reverse or delete changes that were previously confirmed and applied within OCDBees.

8. Subscriptions and Free Trials

Some OCDBees features require a paid subscription.

Pricing, seat quantities, billing intervals, trial periods, and other subscription details are presented when you sign up or purchase a subscription.

Where a free trial requires a payment method, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date.

Subscription charges may depend on the number of purchased or active seats associated with your workspace.

Changes to seat quantities, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations may take effect immediately or at the next billing period as described when you make the change.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party commerce and payment providers.

OCDBees does not intentionally collect or store your complete payment card number or card security code.

You authorize our payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for amounts properly due.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the available account or billing controls or by contacting support when necessary.

Unless otherwise stated during purchase or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.

Your access to paid features may continue through the remainder of a period for which you have already paid.

11. OCDBees Intellectual Property

OCDBees and its associated software, design, branding, trademarks, documentation, interfaces, and other proprietary materials are owned by OCDBees or its licensors.

These Terms give you permission to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of OCDBees intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by OCDBees.

12. Feedback

We welcome ideas, feedback, bug reports, and suggestions.

If you voluntarily provide feedback about OCDBees, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the Service without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

We will not treat private workspace content as product feedback merely because it exists within OCDBees.

13. Service Changes and Availability

We work to keep OCDBees available and dependable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve the Service, address security or legal requirements, or maintain the platform.

We may temporarily limit access when necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or infrastructure issues.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, a particular integration or feature, including LLM access, or an account or Tenant if use materially violates these Terms, poses a security risk, is used unlawfully, threatens the integrity of the Service, or has an unpaid subscription that remains delinquent.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide notice before terminating an account for reasons other than urgent security, legal, or abuse concerns.

You may stop using OCDBees at any time.

Handling of information following account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Services

OCDBees may rely on or integrate with third-party services for functions such as payments, infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, or connected applications.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, availability, or policies of third-party services that are outside OCDBees’ control.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCDBees is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every particular business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OCDBees LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCDBees’ total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid OCDBees for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

If you use OCDBees on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold OCDBees harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, or your material violation of these Terms, except to the extent the claim results from OCDBees’ own wrongful conduct.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as OCDBees evolves.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Continued use of OCDBees after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
